Oenus support service
The rapid, reliable support service offered by Oenus may be provided via a VPN (virtual private network) connection for Windows-based systems and via SSH for Linux/UNIX-based systems, thus increasing even further the speed at which we are able to attend our clients’ requests.
Oenus remote maintenace
For those clients who contract maintenance support, we offer a support system via the remote control of PCs running on Windows operating systems.
In order to use this system, it is necessary to download the following application, which should be installed following the indications of an Oenus technician:
